Therefore Online through Canon IMS: Canon’s information management platform in the cloud, with no servers to run and a monthly or yearly subscription.
Therefore Online delivers the same document management, workflow and capture as Therefore, as a cloud service. It is offered as a single edition, nearly identical to the Business and Enterprise editions of the on-premises version, and is run on Microsoft Azure by the Therefore team itself, so server maintenance and updates are no longer your concern.
Canon organises information management in four movements: Capture, Content, Communicate and Process. Therefore Online is Canon’s own Content platform in the cloud: one controlled home for documents and records, fed by capture and connected to workflows and systems of record.
