Systems of record are protected, not replaced. AI agents connect through MCP and may advise or request actions; sysHUB executes them, under control.

sysHUB is developed by German Canon company NT-ware. Java-based and container-ready, it runs on-premises, in a private cloud or hybrid, so your data stays in your own infrastructure.
Through an MCP (Model Context Protocol) connection on the sysHUB REST API, Canon IMS makes your sysHUB workflows available to AI assistants and agents. They can start a process, check its status or retrieve a document, while sysHUB applies the same rules, approvals and logging as to any other request and connects the result to SAP, ERP, CRM and DMS. AI gets access to your business applications without uncontrolled access to your systems of record.
