Tungsten TotalAgility, formerly Kofax TotalAgility, reads what a document is, extracts the data a process needs and routes anything below a confidence threshold to a person. It combines intelligent document processing with workflow, robotic process automation and decision management, so one platform carries a document from arrival to the decision that follows. It runs hosted or on-premises.

Every extraction carries a confidence score. What clears the threshold moves straight through; what does not goes to a validation screen instead of stalling the whole batch. More than 300 pre-trained extraction models cover most document types without custom development.

Copilot for Classification recognises documents more intelligently, a single-document mode processes individual files instantly, documents can arrive by email, and trainable document separation splits combined scans more accurately. Support for Azure AI and OCR is expanded.
