Implementation

No matter what level of support you need, we install, configure and get your team comfortable with a new platform before we consider the job done.

Installation and configuration, sized to the platform

How much implementation work a platform needs varies enormously: some solutions run on a standard configuration out of the box, others need a bespoke build around a specific process. We scope the work up front, so a straightforward rollout is not priced or staffed like a bespoke one, and a genuinely complex integration is not squeezed into a template that will not hold.
Where the standard configuration is not enough, our engineers deliver a bespoke implementation built around your specific requirements, documented the same way regardless of how much custom work went into it.

Onboarding, change and upgrade

A platform that is technically live is not the same as a platform that is actually being used well. Onboarding gets a new deployment running without the continuity problems that come from a rushed go-live. Once it is running, change and upgrade services deliver configuration changes to an existing solution without re-opening the whole implementation project every time a process shifts.

Integration with the systems you already run

Most implementations are not about the new platform in isolation, they are about connecting it to an ERP, a CRM or a piece of middleware that already runs the business. We use the same integration platforms we implement elsewhere in our Process Automation practice, Workato and uniFLOW sysHUB among them, so the new solution is not a separate island from day one.

Project management that takes the pressure off your own team

Implementation projects fail as often on coordination as on technology. A dedicated project manager keeps the rollout on schedule across sites and stakeholders, so your own IT resources stay available for everything else that still needs to run while the project is underway.

Capabilities

Standard and bespoke configuration: Sized to what the platform actually needs, not priced as if every rollout were the same.

Solution onboarding: Getting a new deployment running without the continuity gaps that come from a rushed go-live.

Change and upgrade: Configuration changes to an existing solution without reopening the whole project.

System integration: Connecting the new platform to the ERP, CRM or middleware you already run.

Project management and coordination: One point of accountability for schedule, scope and stakeholders across sites.

Customer training: Face-to-face sessions, workshops or train-the-trainer, matched to how your team actually learns.

Where it fits

Implementation is how the Implementation and transition phase of our approach is delivered as a standalone engagement, on a platform we recommended or one you already chose.

Frequently asked questions

Can you implement a platform we chose ourselves, without going through consultancy first?

Yes. Implementation stands on its own. If you already know which platform you want, we scope the configuration and integration work directly, without a consultancy engagement first.

How do you handle integration with systems you have not worked with before?

Workato and uniFLOW sysHUB both ship with broad connector libraries and an open path for the systems that are not pre-built, so an unfamiliar system is a scoping question, not a blocker.

What does customer training actually cover?

Whatever gets your team using the platform correctly from day one: role-based sessions for end users, deeper sessions for administrators, and train-the-trainer where you want the knowledge to stay in-house.

Who manages the project if it spans multiple sites?

One project manager owns the schedule and the stakeholders across every site, with local coordination where the rollout needs someone on the ground.
