Certifications and partner levels are not badges on a wall. They mean your data is handled under independently audited security controls, documented in ISO 27001 certificates and a SOC 2 Type I report, your project is delivered by consultants vendors have assessed, and you have direct lines into vendor support and roadmaps. Combined with one contract and agreed service levels, that gives you one accountable partner you can rely on.
Canon IMS competence centres hold ISO/IEC 27001 for information security (Docspro, Nokavision, IRIS Nederland and IRIS IMS, the latter two aligned with the 2022 version) and ISO 9001 for quality management (Docspro and IRIS IMS).
Yes. Since September 2026, Canon IMS holds a SOC 2 Type I report, in which an independent auditor assessed the design of its security controls against the AICPA Trust Services Criteria at a point in time. The report can be shared with customers under NDA, for example during a tender.
Yes. Docspro, Nokavision, IRIS Nederland and IRIS IMS hold CO2 Performance Ladder certification at level 3, as does Canon as a whole, and Canon has achieved EcoVadis Platinum status.
