Digital Transformation Services

We redesign the document processes your organisation runs on, then automate the steps that cost your people the most time.

The process is usually older than the software

Most document workflows were shaped around paper and then moved onto screens one step at a time. The forms became PDFs, the trays became shared drives, and the approvals stayed exactly where they were. The result is a process nobody designed, spread over systems that were never meant to talk to each other. Automating that as it stands only makes the detours faster.

What we deliver

Analysis that starts on the floor

We spend the first weeks with the people doing the work, following real documents through real handovers. What comes out is a map of where time actually goes, ranked by what you would gain by changing it. No workshop output, no maturity score.

Automation that connects rather than replaces

Your finance system, your archive and your mail all stay where they are. We build the flow between them, so approvals route themselves and records land in the right place without anyone rekeying anything.

What the service covers

Process mapping

Documented current state and a target design your team can actually recognise.

Workflow automation

Routing, approvals and notifications built on the systems you already pay for.

System integration

Connectors between line of business applications, storage and email.

Cloud migration

Moving document processes to hosted services in stages, with a way back at every step.

Questions we get asked

Do we have to replace our current systems?

Almost never. We connect what you run today and only recommend replacement when a system genuinely cannot do the job. That recommendation comes with the cost of both options.

The analysis runs for a few weeks. After that each stage goes live on its own, so the first improvements land well before the full programme finishes.

Whatever you prefer. Your team can take it over with training and documentation, or we keep running it as a managed service.

They are migrated under the same retention rules as the new ones, so you do not end up with two archives and two policies.

Also worth a look

Workspace Collaboration

Meeting spaces, secure print and device management that behave the same everywhere.

Information Management

Archiving, retention and search that stand up to an audit.
